Traditional Base

CVMA is built on a foundation of Chung Do Kwan (Taekwondo). We believe that repetition and practice does get one closer to perfection. Katas are commonly practiced as a means to task enlightenment as well as an excellent physical workout.

CVMA also offers yoga and aerial yoga taught by trained, certified instructors registered with Yoga Alliance™ and pilates taught by trained, certified instructors registered with Pilates Method Alliance™.
